My school is a dream school, school of wonders. The building is modern and it has a beautiful garden. The classrooms are big and desks are comfortable. The teachers are nice, friendly and very good at teaching.
(1)We haven’t changed ourteachers so far. Studying with the same teacher for the whole year is an important school principle. We feel that we are important. I think that is why I have become a self confident person.
They help us gain responsibility in a peaceful atmosphere. It is all our work to çare for the trees and flowers in the school garden.
We enjoy working in groups. We do
projects, studyfor exams, plan parties, do gardening together. So we can learn team work, share and question the ideas.
We have Maths, Science, Art,
History and language classes. Music has always been the mainstay of every lesson. Myfavourite is Art. I’m crazyabout woodwork classes. I love carving out of stubborn pieces of hardwood at school workshop. Language classes are more active with role-playing activities, poems and stories. Therefore, I have developed a sense of empathy and my capacity to understand people around me. Involving in such activities gives us the chance of experiencing real life skills by having fun at the same time.
Our teachers always say: “We want to reach you through all your senses. (2) We are interested in your abilities, mental skills and feelings. That is why we want you not only watch but also do it yourself. We want to produce strong characters and good social skills. We want you to be imaginative, Creative and optimistic in your lifelong learning process. And that is why we give you some responsibilities to join us more actively.”
Actually, they have simply achieved what they want. (3) They have created a sense ofwonder about each subject. (4) They have been veryhelpful to choose and realize our individual path through life, in a free way, as adults can do. Believe it or not, we have been so happy with our school that even doing homework and having exams are not so boring anymore.
